Construction
Designing parts, assemblies and equipment in 3 dimensions with
Solidworks program and tests of these models in virtual mode
ensures production with correct technical documentation and
full traceability of the impact of changes.
Mechanical processing
Modern equipment is used in production:
CNC turning and milling machines, sawing and
surface grinding machines, sheet metal and pipe CNC
gas/plasma and laser cutting machines.
Welding
Semi-automatic welding machines of various capacities are used in welding.
MIG welding machines and several CNC welding robots,
both universal applicability and welding robots manufactured in-house for performing specific functions.
Heat treatment
Metal heat treatment provides individual parts
mechanical strength requirements. In the thermal
3 electric furnaces are used in the processing and it is
carried out in accordance with the developed technological maps.
Post-processing and assembly
Electrogalvanizing and wet painting with highly durable two-component paints are used for post-processing of parts and equipment. We provide assembly of components and equipment mechanisms, assembly of hydraulic systems, electrical assembly of equipment and testing.
Testing and control
The measurement laboratory controls the size of the manufactured parts
tolerances and variations in various parts manufacturing
processes and stages. To ensure particularly high requirements
a Brown&Sharp coordinate measuring machine is used
Precision.
