HYDRAULIC HOSE CUTTERS AND PRESSES - we manufacture electric hydraulic hose cutters, electric hydraulic hose presses equipped with electronic control for automatic size control, as well as manual hydraulic hose presses (no electricity required), which can be equipped with an electronic ruler for more convenient size reading.
SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT AND EQUIPMENT - we can manufacture specialized hydraulic equipment and equipment according to the customer's needs, such as hydrostations, oil tanks for hydrostations, rotators (for loads up to 1.5t), etc.

Designing hydraulic cylinders and their accessories in 3 dimensions with the Solidworks program and testing these models in virtual mode ensures production with correct technical documentation and customers with products that meet their requirements.

Parts manufacturing
CNC turning and milling machines are used in the production of parts. Several CNC welding robots are used in welding, both universal and specialized welding robots specifically for welding hydraulic cylinders.
The company provides serial production of hydraulic cylinders.
Assembly and testing
High-quality assembly and testing of hydraulic cylinders is ensured. A specialized test stand is used for testing, which ensures automatic execution of all testing cycles, measurement of pressure fluctuations and recording of results. Each hydraulic cylinder is marked after testing, ensuring product traceability.
Painting
The post-treatment of hydraulic cylinders uses wet painting with highly durable two-component paints. Upon request, it is possible to choose a color shade according to RAL color codes for painting hydraulic cylinders.
